The coasters have been sanded smooth, sprayed with water to raise the grain, then sanded smooth again. 100% food safe Walrus Oil has been applied to condition the wood for longevity while repelling water and food particles. They are 4 inches square, and 3/4" thick with a chamfered edge on both the top and bottom. No dyes or chemicals are ever used. We have very high standards for quality as all of our products are 100% handmade. They are not mass produced in a factory and therefore do not look as such.
 
We try to take pictures that portray the in-person colors as best as possible, but still some colors may look slightly different in person than in photos.
