Each herb leaf stripper is about 5" by 2 3\4", and 1/4" thick. They have been sanded smooth and a 100% natural and food safe cutting board oil is applied. Do not let it soak in water or put it in the dishwasher.

Choose between solid cherry wood, walnut wood, or maple wood. Every piece of wood is different and has slight color variations. Cherry ranges from a light pink to a reddish brown. Walnut ranges from light brown to dark chocolate, with some light blonde and yellow as well. Maple is white but can also have some reddish brown hues.
 
🌿 Herb Stripper Care 🌿
 
Congratulations on your new herb stripper. Here are some cleaning and maintenance tips to keep it looking good for years to come! Wash with a little bit of soap, rinse in hot water, wipe clean, and allow to dry naturally. Not dishwasher safe. Never soak or submerge the herb stripper in water. For maintenance: every few months, depending on use, apply a small amount of cutting board oil, rubbing it in until the wood stops absorbing the oil. Wipe off excess and dry overnight. No two pieces of wood are exactly the same, making your leaf stripper one of a kind! Because of this the wood will have slightly different grain patterns than shown in the example photos.
