Looking for a unique housewarming or moving gift? Look no further as this city map would be perfect! The example photo shows Chicago, but I can design and cut any city. (After you purchase and tell me the city, I will send you a proof to approve before I begin making your map, as some cities layout looks better vertical or horizontal) If you would like a pin or heart at a specific location I can add that in.
 
The size will be roughly 10.5" x 12" depending on the city layout. This piece has 3 layers, the bottom layer painted dark blue with water areas, the next layer has the streets engraved and water areas cut away to show the blue of the lower layer, and the top layer is the highways of the city. Each piece is laser cut and hand stained and painted. It is surrounded by a dark walnut stained frame. The frame width is 1 1/2" and it can sit on a surface. It will come with one sawtooth hanger installed on the back so it can be hung up as well. Each piece of wood is different and has different grain patterns. Wood also takes on stain colors slightly differently.
 
While I try to take pictures portraying the in person colors as accurately as possible, different screens may show colors slightly different.
