This cheese slicer has a silky smooth finish, and 100% food safe cutting board oil has been applied to condition the wood for longevity while repelling water and food particles. 
The board is approximately 9 3/4" by 5 3/4".  The thickness is 3/4", and it has rounded over edges on the top and finished elegant look.
These are the natural colors of the wood. No dyes or chemicals are ever used. 
Our boards are not mass produced and are 100% handmade in small batches.
